根据你的情况看可能是本本电源里的MOSFET管爆了。建议修下电源!
送修前先试以下方法:在本本的底部有一个重置恢复键，用笔尖按住几秒钟，按个2-3次，试试看能不能开机!
还有一个方法，把硬盘拿下来后,开次机,再装上就好了，因为机器对硬盘有个保护，一旦突然断电，硬盘就不会再被找到，必须卸下重新刷一下IDE！

估计开不了机了，你重装系统试试，如果随机存储器报错就说明你的内存条坏了，赶紧送戴尔维修站吧

这样的故障叫做键盘连键故障，引起这样的故障可能有二种情况，一是你的系统有问题，你可以重新做一下系统试试，如果不行就是硬件故障了，键盘本身故障或主板上的键盘控制器故障都有可能引起这样的现象，只有送修。如果换一个键盘也就150元左右，修主板也就200元的样子，
过了保修的机器再找售后上门服务太贵了，一般不可取，除非你的钱多得用不了。
