里面有XIP文件和LBE_android文件夹（里面有3个文件），
在电脑上把下载的压缩包解压后，将xip文件和LBE_android文件夹放到M8的DISK的根目录下，
关机，按“音量＋”和“电源键”进入升级，（re版的是“拍照键”加“电源键”）。
升级完毕后，先重启进入CE系统，就是开机时让它选择默认的系统，进入，看到是m8原来的系统。
再关机，重启，这次在开机出现的系统选择界面按一下“音量-”或者‘返回键“，可以看到选择为”android“系统，进入，就是android系统啦。

说明下，这个xip是0.9.9.5版本的，非官方，是MY自己制作的rom（据说更省电，稳定），
android的版本是2.3，从m9的系统移植过来的，进入后你会发现界面与m8有一定相似，个人感觉还是不错的，就是开锁的界面不行（没有那种透明效果。。。）
还有，这个android系统的关机是”重新启动“，就是说，在android系统中，如果你想关机，你要先按“电源键”，再选择”重新启动“，才能关机。如果直接选择”关机“，有可能会死机，当然，这时候就要扣电池了。

另外，如果玩了android系统之后想玩回CE，可以直接删除LBE_android文件的内容，再重新刷机就行（当然，是单启动的原生的m8的固件）。
或者，玩了几次android之后，再开机后发现出现”android文件损坏，不能进入系统的“，只要把M8里LBE_android文件的内容删掉，再把当初下载的解压重新放进去就行。

关机之后.
长按电源键+M键！
直至出现“Clear registries...”重置注册表。
完成后M8自动启动进入主菜单
最好是再下载9917的 xip 文件。重新刷机一次！

首先,你到官网下载好升级文件后,解压,得到xip.bin文件
把m8的usb端口设定为usb模式,连接电脑。
把xip.bin放入你的机子中,不能放在文件夹里,也不能改名字！
比如,你的m8盘在我的电脑中的盘符为F,那么,打开,将xip.bin放入就行。
安全删除usb,m8打开设置,备份好重要文件
关机,然后电源键家音量键加或减按键,进入刷机模式
