这个很基础啊,我把关键部分写下,完整程序自己来写吧
(1)大写转化小写 char szUpWord;//保存大写字符
char szLowWord;//保存小写

(2)循环是最基本的 while循环界限值每次加1在循环里面做;for在循环条件里面写;给你for的
