理論上離心泵可以輸送的液體含氣量可達到5%。如果泵運轉不穩定,可以在入口(泵法蘭前端)管路加一個排氣管線。入口管路還可以傾斜布置,5度的傾斜角坡向泵,讓氣體自動回到入口罐。入口管路還必須布置合理,不要產生氣囊。

根據理想氣體的波義爾定律P1*V1=P2*V2

P1:常壓(計算用絕壓,我們約取1Bar)

V1:真空罐進口管容積+無效容積

P2:運行時真空罐的壓力,一般是負壓,(例吸程3米,那麼就是0.7Bar)

V2:真空罐進口管容積+無效容積+有效容積

由於實際在運行過程中有多重因素影響(如管道損失、溶解氣體等),所以我把真空罐做得比較大,一般是1.5~2.0的系數

另外就是,初次運行時盡可能將真空罐灌滿水;泵進口前端、水泵泵體及機械密封一定要保證密封性能,泵出口需要安裝止回閥;泵進口管道需要傾斜向下;抽水時控制不能吸空。
